Dear all,
My doubt is, do anyone even the native speaker can speak or write without any grammatical errors?( please don't take this otherwise).I am working as a clerk in a government department. While drafting letters I usually have doubts regarding the appropriateness of "has been(present perfect), has been/ have been (passive voice), was and were". Do one have to give too much importance to grammer. Expecting your valuable advice. Sorry for my bad English.
Thanks in advance
