Doubt

What is the correct expression?

He has no able time to develop all activities in the pace of production.

He does not have able time to develop all activities in the rhythm of production.

I've tried to say "enough time"..

Could I say??

He has not enough time to develop all activities in the rhythm of production.

The first part of the sentence is better this way:

He doesn't have enough time to ...

As for the rest, I have no idea what "rhythm of production" means.
Is it for a factory or assembly line?
