Doublespeak

I know what "doublespeak" means. I am looking for a detailed definition. Also, this is the link to the article on "Life under the Chief Doublespeak Officer".

If someone can simplify the meaning, will be really helpful.

Thanks

Hi,

After reading the article couple of times, makes it a bit clear. I was just hoping for a better explanation. Also, doubletalk and doublespeak are different terms. I went around, searched both the terms and found that both terms should not be confused with each other.
