double talk and unnecessary words

Is there a forum here that covers double talk and unnecessary words in sentences?

E.g.,
1. "I am sitting down on the chair" when it should be "I am sitting on the chair".
2. "Will you please go get my pencil for me?" when it should be "will you please get my pencil for me?"
3. "I cleaned up all of my stuff" when it should be "I cleaned up all my stuff".
4. "This is some kind of a zebra" when it should be "this is some kind of zebra".
5. "I ate a half of my apple" when it should be "I ate half my apple".
6. "It snowed all night long" when it should be "it snowed all night".
