Double Questions with "Or"

Hi people,

Which construction is correct (or better, if both are correct)?

a) Is he coming to your house or are you going to his?

b) Is he coming to your house or you are going to his?

Please explain the syntax too, thanks a lot.

Regards,

Soudager.
