Does this sound OK?

This would normally be interpreted as an uneducated way of saying "It doesn't have any problems."

It is just about possible, in the right context, and with the right emphasis, for it to mean that it has some problems:

– He said it has no problems.
– Wrong. It doesn't have no probl

"It doesn't have no problems." is not used in English. However, you do see these types of non-standard sentences occasionally used for a kind of down-home emphasis:
