Double negation? I do not know all?

I don't know how to say this.

I want to say this: I do not know everything about A, but it's not that I don't know about it.

When you want to emphasise that you do not know all, do you say,

I don't know everything about it?

I don't know all about it?

I don't know about it all?

Suddenly, I got curious, which is more general(word order) between 'I don't know all about it' and 'I don't know about it all.' And also want to know if there's a difference.
