Double negation

I want to negate a negation to make a sentence affirmative. How can I do this?

Exaple: Oh, you have no apples! - I do not have no apples, I have one.
There is nobody in the room. - No, there is not nobody in the room, Jack is there.

May it be coorect? if not, how can I put the phrase with double negation? Is it used in English at least in informal speech?

Some forms of double negations can sometime cause people to frown. Examples:
I don't want nothing.
don't give me no excuse.
He doesn't hardly calls his mother.

Nadiniana,

If you want to disagree with someone, use "Yes" or "No."

Examples:

"Yes I do."
"Yes he is."
"Yes you are."

"No I didn't."
"No I shouldn't."

Examples:
A: Oh, you have no apples!

B: Yes I do. I have one.

A: There is nobody in the room.
B: Yes there is.

Thank you, everybody.

Actually, we use double negation as a grammar construction in Russian in informal speech.
"I do not have no apples" - I would say so (in russian, of course) if I mean that you are wrong considering I have no apples. And I wonder if there is such construction in Eglish.
