Can you do something like that?

The elided part is inferable from the context, and even more in a text that would suggest what is discussed here.

Example:

Technology (to go) to and for their enterprises.

=

Technology to go to their enterprises and technology for their enterprises (or for them).

Is someone giving you the sentences that you have been posting? How are you finding/choosing them?

You have not posted a complete sentence. What you posted this time looks like it is a title or a headline. Headlines often omit a number of words and/or word things in a shortened form -- and this can sometimes result in humorous ambiguity. For example:
