Dose this sentence make sense ?!

I had taken course in web design and development. I was working on Photoshop and Dreamweaver program. I entered my first foot step in the web design and development industry very quickly. I was trained in web design and development at a small company, and I am able to create and design web sites. My work was so sufficient and appreciable
