Door-opener meaning

Hello,
My office room will be renovated soon and I'm wondering how to write or say that it will be fresh, comfy and all people at last want to stay there for a long time and freshness of this renovation encourage people to look inside etc.

I found over internet something like that: "it becomes ideal door-opener for all visitors".

Is this meaning of "door-opener" correct?. Can you native speakers understand it? Is it figurative language?

Let me know.

A door opener is something that literally opens doors. It can be a electro-mechanical device (a garage door opener). Figuratively, it means something (usually a trick) that allows you to get invited into the offices of people who normally would not accept you.

So, I suppose the door-opener meaning is incorrect in this context and it means something different as I thought (even in a figurative language).

Can you be so kind and write maybe your proposal (idiom, short sentence) ? instead of "my room will be comsy and comfy now. All of you can see how it looks. You may stay here for a while and look...".

What I want to express:
1. room
