Dont/doesnt

Hi teachers,

1. If people doesn't/don't want to stay they can always delete their account. Should we use don't or doesn't, if the answer is doesn't how, because people is plural so we should use don't isn't it?

2. When do we use ahead and forward? Please explain me with some examples. I always get confused with these two words.

Thanks.
