Don't you worry. You don't worry.

Aren't you idiot? Don't you like her? When we are asking a question, we usually put the model verb before the subject. However, if I want to ask you not to worry. Can I say "Don't you worry."? But this sounds like a quetion to me.
I heard this fraze many times. "Don't you worry." but a statement rather than a question should be like "You don't worry."
Can you explain this?

Yes, that's what they are. Imperative mood as other uses than command.

They are possible in some contexts. I don't think I have use 'you' n a straight imperative, but I might in a threat.

Yes.

The normal imperatives (with 'you' implicit) are

Worry. Don't worry.

Adding explicit 'you':

You worry. Don't you worry.

Those with explicit 'you' are of limited use.
