Don't you think ()?

Mom Dina is asking her daughter Pam about her boyfriend.

Dina: Thinking about anything permanent?
Pam: I don't know. I mean, we haven't really discussed it, but I definitely have the feeling this is it.
Dina: Oh.
Pam: Dad seems to like him. Don't you think?
Dina: Absolutely.

I'd like to know if "he does" is implied after "think."
Thank you in advance for your help.
