Don't wanna fight no more?

This is a refrain phrase in a song "Profit in Peace" by Ocean Color Scene. Is this a sentence of double negative and it means "Do wanna fight more"??? Though I believe it isn't, it seems like it is something different from I learn from my text book.

'Do' here is probably a lazy pronunciation of the word 'don't'. It would sound like doh . When someone says 'I don't want to fight no more', they want to emphasize the negative.
