Don't understand the grammar

Go to the person whose business it is to know.

What about reduced clauses (some texts call these "phrases")? This is a complex sentence with many clauses.

The main clause is:

Go to the person.

The verb is "go" and the implied subject "you". It is an imperative sentence.

There is a relative clause modifying "person". I

The main thing i don't understand is "it". i misunderstand and think that it is incorrect. Thanks so much

With 'dummy it' displacing the infinitival subject:
