The baby always cries between mouthfuls/ spoonfuls/ spoons as if I'm not feeding her fast enough.
A spoonful is the amount a spoon can contain so it can't be big or small right? How would you say this?
Don't give her too big a spoonful. She could choke on the food.
The baby never opens wide the first spoonful/mouthful/spoon. She wants to make sure she likes the food before she takes big mouthfuls/spoonfuls/spoons.
Thank you

Babies shouldn't be fed spoons, only nutritious substances held in spoons. " So "spoonfuls" or "mouthfuls," take your pick. "
