'Don't stress too much about all the little things'

'Don't stress too much about all the little things'

Is this okay to use? I think that it should be 'Don't be stressed out too much about all the little things' or is there a meaning difference between them or are they both the same in meaning?

What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much as usual!
