dont or doesnt?

I've heard people said He 'don't' love her'/She 'don't' like me.

I don't understand why they use 'don't' instead of 'doesn't'. I've always been taught that whenever you're referring to a third person you have to add 's' to the end of the verb.

Are there other contexts in which you would use first person for he/she?
