Don't or Can't

I am writing my daily funny cat, and I do not know how to use don't or can't in second sentence.

Me : Meen-zy, where are you?

My cat: I am infront of you, why don’t you see me?

Me: I cannot Seeeeee… you, where are Youuuuuu?

My cat: Whatever, I will sit here. I want to bluer myself with a wall as Gaigo and catch them.

Thank you,
Plai-or Aroonrat

You can use either one.

I can't see you. (means that I am blind, my eyes are closed, you are invisible, or you are not in my field of view.)
I don't see you. (In general, it excludes the first possibility, blindness)
