It depends on the situation.

If it's your hobby [or not]: Use: like singing
But if it's just your feeling at that time. Use: like to sing.
For Example for both: I like singing but today I don't like to sing.

Thank you very much. Teacher CJ

I learned a good lesson today!

(By the way can I say that? I mean you teach me much and I learned a lot than I say, “I learned a good lesson today! )

In this case I suggest "to sing" because that was what you thought and felt at that time.
So far: I am tired today. So I don't like to sing (anyway it's better to use "want" ^^ )

I think that:

"like singing": your hobby
"like to sing" : your choise

---> I am tired today. I don’t like singing ?

It depends on you.

Yes, you can say this. Or, any of these:

I learned a lot today.
I learned something today.
I learned something new today.
I learned something interesting today.
That was a good lesson.
That was a valuable lesson.
That was a useful lesson.

That was useful information.
