don`t let`s do smth.

Hi there,

The following excerpt is from "New English file advanced":

"Don`t let`s go out tonight.I`m tired and I want to watch TV."

Shouldn`t it be "Let`s NOT go out tonight" since it`s a suggestion, not an imperative in this context?
