Don't know whether to use past or present tense

I don't whether to use past or present tense

I made some adjustments to invoices and now I'm emailing them off to boss and explaining why I made these adjustments.

Should I use:
Remove invoice as it was posted twice
or
Removed invoice as it was posted twice

If I'm doing something right now, should I not use present tense?

Thanks for your help!

It is not quite clear to me what you are up to, but use these: I (have) removed the invoice, as it was posted twice -- if you have finished doing that. I am removing the invoice, as it was posted twice - - if you will soon do that.
