Don't know if most...

1) I don't know if most of my friends will be at the party or not.

Can this sentence have two meanings:

a) I have specific friends in mind. I don't know if they will be at the party or not.
b) I don't have specific friends in mind. I just don't know if a majority of my friends will be there or not. Maybe most of my friends will be there, maybe not. The identity of these friends is not even an issue.

Gratefully,
Navi.
