Don't have, haven't and have no

Hi there,

Whats the difference between: "i don't have money", "i haven't money" and "i have no money"

And i got another doubt, can i make a question like this: "Has it a name?" or i have to say "Does it has a name?"

I've alreay heard that in british english they use the first sentence more frequently.. is it true?

Thanksss

Does it has is always wrong. Does it have is right. Have is an infinitive when used in the same clause as do, does or did. You can read more about have with do and
