Don't give a ***

Context: A French guy is yelling at me. I respond...

"I don't understand what you're saying and I don't give a ***, OK? Do you understand?"

Questions:

- Does the emboldened part seem natural to say I don't care what he is saying?

- Is "don't give a ***" best or would "couldn't" be better?

- Would "and I don't give a *** about it" be more natural?
