dont get the job

0 Some company sent me by internet and fluency in English (Written and Spoken). I am average to write English. I don't have spoken English, but I am deaf & dumb. How can i get the job? I searched for a job by internet, but I don't have got the job. I hope some company has asked to sorry deaf. 0-

0 There are many educational institutions for deaf and dumb in your country who can give you informations about jobs.There are also special jobs for deaf and dumbs.Some companies and Govt.organizations have special quotas for physically handicaps. Read Employment News regularly, ask your family members to help you in this aspect.0-

0 Some people prefer Deaf (with a capital "D") to indicate the positive value of Deaf culture, rather than presenting the condition solely as an impairment. Needless to say, these people would shun the use of "dumb" entirely. 0-
