You might say:

"Hey, don't lose me! I'm super super busy right now, but I'll get back to you the second I'm free."

So, basically you say don't lose me, right?
What do you mean by "the second'?
Thaks.

Please don't get me lost

Hey, don't lose me!

I don't understand either of these. They are not natural.
Do you mean eg 'Don't forget about me'?

What I mean is don't think I'm backing out of the deal by ignoring your messages, I'm just too busy doing sth.
Thanks.

Don't get me lost doesn't convey that meaning at all. You need to say it explicitly.
