Don't feel good/aren't feeling good /ING or infinitive

Which would you say please?

1 When you don't feel good, I don't feel good either.
2 When you aren't feeling good, I don't feel good.
3 When you aren't feeling good, I'm not feeling good.

1 Instead of playing/play against him, he's going to play with him.
2 Rather than playing/play against him, he's going to play with him.
