it means(Don't die on me), speaker telling to someone that he/she should not chase him/her anymore. Stop dying on me, means ( Get off from my life)

it means(don't give up on me), speaker telling to someone that he/she should not stop giving up( like if that person wants to be in his/her life), like continue with your effiorts to get me!!!.

should not stop giving up0 person must have meant don't give up.. And the rest of it is correct. This is the meaning.. Don't stop making efforts for me.. Directly suggests the "me" is interested and hopeful.
