don't charge any interest.

I took loan from a person and I should pay him interest on every 10th in the morning. If time passes 12 p.m., he will charge one more month interest. This month I have decided to pay him back his money but I will get money only in the evening so I'm afraid that he will charge one more month interest. So I phoned him and said "Hello sir, I will return your money in the evening but till then you don't charge any interest".

I took out a loan from someone and have to pay him interest on the 10th of every month. If I am late making my payment, he will charge another full month's interest at midnight. This month I have decided to pay back all the money, but because I will have the money in the evening, I am afraid he will charge an additional month's interest. So I phoned him and said, "Hello, ***

There is 12 noon and 12 midnight - we don't say 12 AM or 12PM

Some people do - you cannot be totally prescriptive in this.
