Don't be jaded

If someone say, ' don't be so jaded', does it mean ' don't be so negative or pessimistic'? If not, what is the exact mening?

I would rather that you check some googled sentences first. Simply appending a separate sentence, 'I am jaded', does not approach any sort of natural use.
