Don't?

Sometimes I see phrases that doesn't seem to me logical like "This train don't stop" from Elton's song can you explain why and in what cases I will use don't and not doesn't?

"don't" is often used in place of "doesn't" in songs because "don't" is shorter and therefore it fits the meter when "doesn't" probably wouldn't. Using it as a regular substitute for "doesn't" is not a good idea.
