1.I am worried if you have eaten something or not.
I am not sure it correct but i am trying to say that i am worried because i dont know he has eaten something or not.
Please hoe to say this in Correct English

That is not natural. The conjunction "whether or not" is what you are looking for.

Mother is worried whether her son has eaten something since morning (or not). "Or not" is optional. We usually omit it.
