*That is my sentece-* "...all the things that done* in my workplace are very important" *or should it be* "...all the things *that having done in my workplace are very important."

"Organization in my workplace is very important because there are many important cases that must be handled quickly and efectively, all the tthings that done in my workplace are very important,"
