Done for & done up

Hi everyone,

Please see the following sentences. I saw these sentences in a grammar book. Here I couldn't understand the meaning of the words "done for" and "done up".

The interview is done for.
Tomorrow is the exam. I am done up.

This should be "The interview is done." It is over.
