Done come vs. has done come

Hi

I've come across phrases "done come" and "has done come" and I'm wondering what the difference between these two is. Done + taken, been and other present participles or even past forms is a variation of Black English so why do we have "has" in the aforementioned phrase? Is there any difference or they're just synonyms?

It's probably a fusion of the two grammars: standard English and AAVE.
