Hi

....of what you had done before

I wonder if I use "before" do I have to use the past perfect tense? Can't I write: .....of what you did before.

Well, actually I cannot because I forgot what was at the beginning?

BTW: should it be: I forgot what was at the beginnig OR I forgot what at the beginning was?

"I forgot what was at the beginning" is perfect.

The second sentence is not a word order that is used.
