donation for education vs. donation to education

Hi there

Someone could help me to choose. I’d make charity gift by offering some books for school. My question is it's going to be donation for education? Can say like that? What is the right sentence???

Thanks

If you give books to a school, I would say that it's a donation for education, yes. CJ
