Vocabulary

domestic

Hello!

Can you please tell me if it is a common thing to find in a paper expression: One of the domestic/native expersts? (meaning from the country of the author of the text). If not, should I just write, for example, One of the Croatian authors (if the author of the text, as well as the expert are from Croatia)?

Thank you
