I am translating a dialogue. The intended meaning of sentence # 2 is that he thinks that the girl could do a lot of things different from selling lottery tickets, considering she's very beautiful, smart and refined.

- Look, she's very beautiful, isn't she?
- Too much for doing nothing but sell lottery.
