I want to write an email to a person, can you please check is my email clear enough to understand?

I don't understand teechr, why I shouldn't put the word "doesn't ? Because I wanna say that it's not exist in the system.

You can, but with your use of "since" and "year", the sentence seemed a bit ambiguous to me.
