Does/Did matter?
Hye everyone! I have a problem to find out what tense I should use while using word "matter"?
Situation -;A-Your role wasn,t very big in making this college a university?"
B-It doesn,t matter whether it was big or small"
Now my question is, should I use "doesn,t" or I should say "it didn,t matter whether it was big or small?
because it is a past event?
