Does "To say for you" make sense?

Someone asked me how to say ? in English (he is going to say a lovely thing after that), and I said "it could be like there is one to say for you". But some people told me that "to say to you" makes sense but "to say for you" doesn't.

In my opinion, "there is one to say to you" sounds a little negative in this case. I mean I might be a bit afraid of hearing it, but "for you" sounds positive and I would be like "good advice or what?".

I'm not sure using "for" is grammatically okay or not. Please someone teach me about it!

Thanks in advance.

Kikianjiji Someone asked me how to say ? , and I said "it could be like there is one to say for you". I'm afraid that "It could be like there is one to say for you" has very little meaning in English, and changing 'for' to 'to' is not going to help.

Thanks CJ.

Well it's kind of difficult to explain but he posted the thing on the website(like yahoo answers or this website), and he said he needs help to translate. He wants to say something sweet things to his girlfriend (I don't know what he is going to say).

eg; if he wants to tell his gf "I love you", you can tell that's three words. So you can give him advice such as "you
