Letter Writing
Does this whole letter make sense?
Please any input will be greatly appreciated. I am responsible for writing the proposal letter for my school's fundraiser and I am scared to mess up. Thanks in advance.
Dear Mr. [School Director]
Thank you for supporting our mission to improve our school. We believe our proposed idea will have a great outcome for the school. Repainting the school can enhance and impair learning, morale, and behavior for the students. Also painting the school as group will give a sense of a community to the students. If it is the students that worked hard to improve the school; they will be less likely to damage school properties. Thus, [school name], could save money throughout the years in repairing vandalize walls, bathroom stalls, and etc.
We hope we can start as soon as possible, therefore we need to start raising money soon. We would like to start a fundraiser with the administration and faculty’s help and cooperation. On behalf of the students and Ms. [......], we ask for your assistance financially. The estimated budget is {$$}, we ask that you compensate the rest to reach our goal.
Once again, thank you for support. On behalf of the students and Ms. [......] we greatly appreciate your cooperation.
