Does this sound natural in English?

I do not have any experience with Python programming language, even though it is something that I find fascinating and I would love to learn. I think you are looking for experienced developers, which is probably the best way to go considering your company's goals. However, if you are looking for someone that could learn the programming language within your company, I would do it in such a way that it would be of benefit to you.
