Does this sound natural in English?

The English r sound denoted with the "upside-down r" in the International Phonetic Alphabet shouldn't be confused with the rolling r sound found in languages such as Spanish or Romanian. Nearly all English dictionaries represent the R sound inacurrately by using the rolling R.
