Does this sound natural?

Hello,
I happened to find this sentence.
>The baseball players were intimidated by their voice of the coach.

I wonder why this is not "by the voice of their coach".
Is it natural to say "by their voice of the coach" for that meaning?

Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much for your prompt response. This sentence was found in a book titled "An English native teaches you how to use verb naturally". (published in Japan)

Either you or the author made a typo there. It should be 'verbs'. If that was the author's typo and it got through the editing uncorrected, I suggest you throw the book away.

It was not me who bought that book. I received a question from a Japanese student. I will pass your comment as advice. Thank you.
