Does this sound correct or strange?

Hi, we have recently formulated a mission statement for our NGO, but we are not sure if it's English or Czenglish. How would you correct it?

"We create bridges and encourage individuals and societies in their evolution to integral life through conscious cooperation."

What we want to say is that through the conscious cooperation people should be able to gradually reach a state where they live a life full of integrity. We are particularly not sure about the word "integral".
The whole sentence should be as short as possible and sound natural at the same time.

Thank you for your help,

All mission statements are slightly ethereal, and yours is no exception. I suggest this: We create bridges and encourage individuals and society to synergize through conscious cooperation.

Thank you, Mister Micawber, but unfortunately it changes the meaning of what we want to say.
The idea behind it is that you can live a life full of integrity if you think, say and do the things, that are in line with your inner drive, with your spirit. You don't do something just because you get money for it, but because you see meaning in it. Like you giving me your advice right now. :-) Ada
