does this sentence sound right?

Hi, the sentence I am talking about is the following:

"This approach is the more welcome since the economic agents are bound to take their products back , by the end of their life cycle, and recycle them."

The phrases written in red and green ink sound the most problematic to me. But if you find any (other) problems with this sentence, please do let me know.

So... the idea is that this approach (to establish a club of good producing companies ) was good anyway, but it is even "more welcome" in the given situation, i.e. given that producers must withdraw their products from the market when their economic life ends - and recycle them.

Thanks so much for your time
